Don’t look for talent, find people who do things
When I interview someone, I tell them I don’t care about their resume, I only care about two things; 1. Tell me what you can do, and 2. Show me examples of where you have actually done these things. Everything else is puffery, status signaling, or bullshit.
Exactly.
